Terms & Booking Policies
Effective date: September 18, 2026
These terms apply to stays booked directly with The Owner Rentals through OwnerStays (ownerstays.org). When you book, you sign a rental agreement through our booking system, OwnerRez. Your signed rental agreement governs your stay. If anything on this page conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
Payment
For standard stays, 100% of the booking total is due at the time of booking. Card payments are processed at checkout by our payment processor, Lynnbrook Group.
Security deposit
A $300 security deposit hold is placed on your payment card 2 days before arrival. The hold is released 7 days after departure.

Taxes and fees
Applicable state and local sales and lodging taxes are added to your booking, plus the State of Georgia $5 per night hotel-motel fee, which is charged on up to the first 30 nights of a stay. Your quote at checkout shows the full amount before you pay.
Cancellation

Optional travel insurance from RentalGuardian may be offered at checkout.
Extended, corporate and insurance stays
Stays of 30 nights or more, and corporate or insurance housing arrangements, may be governed by a separate written agreement. Where a separate agreement applies, the payment and cancellation schedule on this page does not automatically apply; the terms of that agreement control.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
House rules
- The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
- Events are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets: up to 2 pets per stay. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies and is shown in your quote at booking.
